Rid Yourself of Bloat

The clothes you wore last week are tight and you have no idea why. You look back at what you ate and where you went. All the answers were there. You went to 2 bar-b-ques and at your own house you made a ham and sweet potatoes, the next night you had pork chops and mashed potatoes and veggies. Breakfast was a bowl of cereal and lunch was leftovers from dinner. You know realize the reason your clothes are tight is that you have some serious bloat from salt and over indulgence.
